The delivery charge for a specific item will be displayed in the cart total automatically when you add the item to your cart
We accept PayPal and payments through PayPal’s payment processing. During checkout you will be transferred to PayPal’s secure checkout process where you may choose to use either your existing PayPal account or select Credit Cards / Debit Cards to make your payment to your credit/debit card. PayPal will process your payment and will post the charge as PayPal*
We also accept Stripe for payment using Credit Cards.
All refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (either PayPal or your credit/debit card).
We will update the tracking number (if available) within 72 hours. Most of items will be arrives within 5-10 days. Over this time, if you still not receive your item, please contact us and we will investigate deeper, or refund the full amount to your account
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.
You should have received an invoice in the order confirmation email that we sent you right after your payment was processed. You’ll find it near the bottom of the email in the “Your Purchase Documents” section.
If you didn’t receive an email, it may have been filtered to your junk or spam folder if you have one, so we recommend that you check there. You can also try our easy-to-use your account to retrieve order information for any purchases you’ve made through cleverbridge.
